Who it's for
Regional 3PLs who quote out of a spreadsheet and find out later.
Not enterprise, not a marketplace, not everybody. This was built for a specific operator with a specific problem, and it shows — which is the point.
A fit
You'll recognise most of this.
If four or more of these are true, the rest of the site is worth reading.
- You run a regional 3PL — warehousing, fulfillment, freight, or all three under one roof.
- Quotes get built in a spreadsheet, or by editing the last one you sent and hoping you caught everything.
- One to five people sell. Often that includes you.
- You've got accounts on the book you haven't repriced in years and you couldn't say which ones need it.
- Somebody asked what a client agreed to in 2023 and it took a while to find out.
- Your billing goes out by email as a PDF.
Who actually opens it
Three people, three reasons.
The owner
Wants to know which accounts are underpriced without spending a Saturday on it, and wants a quote to go out looking the same whether he wrote it or someone else did.
The ops manager
Is the one who finds out a client is storing half again what they said. Needs that to be visible somewhere other than in his head.
The rep
Wants to price an inbound lead the same afternoon it arrives, and not to get the rate card wrong on the one account that matters.
Not a fit
Where you should look somewhere else.
Cheaper for both of us to say it here than to find out on the second call.
You're a freight broker
The pricing model here is warehousing and fulfillment — storage, handling, pick & pack. Load-by-load brokerage is a different business and a different tool.
You have a pricing department
If pricing is somebody's full-time job with a model behind it, you already have the discipline this is trying to give you. You'd find this thin.
You want a WMS
This doesn't run your floor, print labels or move inventory. It sits next to whatever you're running, not on top of it.
You want to sign up and start today
There's no self-serve trial. Every account is configured on a call because a quote builder with nobody's rates in it is a blank page.

Request setup and we'll get in touch. Worst case you get an honest answer about whether this fits, which is more than most software calls give you.
