For the fastest help
- Your Rateflow account email and company name
- The page, quote, client, or integration involved
- What you expected and what happened instead
- The approximate time and any error message
- A screenshot with sensitive information removed
Please do not send
- Passwords or authentication codes
- OAuth client secrets or API keys
- Full payment-card or bank-account numbers
- Social Security numbers or unrelated sensitive data
Account and integration help
Account access
Include your account email and company name. Company owners and authorized managers control team roles and access. Rateflow may need to verify identity and authority before changing access.
Google Calendar
Connect or disconnect Google Calendar from your Rateflow profile settings. You may also revoke Rateflow through your Google Account. Reconnect if permissions expire or your organization's Google administrator changes access.
Quotes and client portals
Include the quote number or portal link and describe the problem. Do not email sensitive client documents unless support specifically requests them.
Invoices and accounting data
Include the source system, import method, invoice identifier, and affected period. Always verify payment and accounting information in the source accounting system.
Privacy, legal, and security requests
Privacy or data request
Email hello@rateflow.app with the subject "Privacy Request." Identify the relevant account, company, and request. Rateflow may verify your identity and authority. Customer-controlled data requests may need to be handled by the relevant Rateflow customer.
Report a security issue
Email hello@rateflow.app with the subject "Security Report." Include clear reproduction details and avoid accessing, changing, downloading, or publicly disclosing data that is not yours. Rateflow does not currently operate a public bug-bounty program.
Legal or abuse notice
Send the notice, relevant account or URL, and your contact information to hello@rateflow.app. Do not use this channel for emergencies.
Before contacting support
- Refresh the page and sign out and back in.
- Confirm you are using the correct Rateflow company and user role.
- Check whether the source integration is connected and authorized.
- Retry once before sending duplicate imports, messages, or synchronization actions.
- Keep a copy of business-critical records in the appropriate system of record.
